Just design the strategy, set up infrastructures and processes and train people to deliver WOW across!
Enjoy, Experience, Engage: Wow!
Product superiority = customer enjoyment = met needs and wants
Compelling customer experience = improved customer interaction = differentiated in-store and in-digital experience
Engage customers personally and enable to self-actualize = life transforming personalization
In my point of view, the company has yet to deliver a breakthrough content or show i.e. product superiority that will drive enjoyment and differentiated customer experience. It is my sincere hope that the company can eventually find that within a very vast marketplace outside the Philippines.

Productively guide customers from awareness to advocacy and creatively step up customer interactions from enjoyment to experience to engagement ~ maybe this piece of advice I'll take to heart as I go through the journey of being a better marketer!
